Clients can use Access-Plus™ to access images and data pertaining to any intra-day (completed) or historical transaction, allowing them to quickly and easily satisfy any “research dependant” inquiry, without digging through a paper archive or requesting copies from the bank. This, in turn, improves both treasury management & customer service abilities, ultimately increasing overall client satisfaction!
With a simple “click,” both front & back images can also be opened in .pdf format, allowing your clients to view them from a familiar environment, offering conveniences such as greatly expanded zoom capabilities, more flexible printing, and other functional amenities.*

Exception Items, those items received at the lockbox lacking sufficient information to be fully processed, present a costly nuisance to your clients. Problems can include: items received without an invoice/coupon, incomplete check stubs (from the remitter’s accounts payable system), restrictive endorsements, and incorrect/unacceptable payee shown.
Without a comprehensive web delivery system like Access-Plus™, troublesome “exception items” must be removed from the processing workflow and sent to the client for consideration, costing your clients’ even more in increased handling time, reduced cash flow and associated fees.
Access-Plus™ allows your lockbox customer to view all exception items in real-time, provide missing data when necessary, and make a decision to accept or reject the transaction, greatly reducing, if not eliminating the amount of vital cash that would otherwise be withheld from deposit!
With Access-Plus™, your customers are able to view and print intra-day detail reports, as well as both historical and intra-day summary reports, based on the most current (up to the minute) data available.
Your customers will also enjoy the ability to download Reports and Transmissions data directly to external storage devices (for archival), or for use within their choice of external applications.
As an added convenience, your customers can even assign an internal administrator to manage their own Access-Plus™ profiles. Administrators can add both new users and additional administrators to the system, manage those users’ profiles, as well as customize the look and feel of report layouts and the application interface in general. Both you and your clients will appreciate the time saved in terms of customer service contact.
