Utilizing scan-able coupons, our retail lockbox application enables automated capture of receivables data. Clients have the ability to place various edits on payments, such as: stop payments, variance ranges, date criteria and positive acceptance files. Alphanumeric scan lines can be read and included within check digit routines.  Multiple DDA accounts can even be assigned to one lockbox account and differentiated via values on the scan line – an essential requirement for property management lockboxes. As a supplement to the data transmission, clients also have the option of various levels of hardcopy reports, on both a summary level or a detail level. Image Remit® has the ability to process your clients’ retail remittances in a high-speed, efficient manner with all of the systemic edits necessary to ensure the highest possible quality.

Image Remit® offers more than traditional retail processing capabilities, allowing you to offer hybrid-type (“wholetail”) services to your lockbox clients as well.
