EasyScript™ enables Image Remit® to run customer defined scripts, providing more flexibility for validation of data entry invoice forms. We will provide customer scripts as specified, and have the ability to enable or disable individual scripts at a lockbox level. Automatically accomplish value-added procedures, such as receivables matching or sending out customer alerts on foreign currency or high-dollar checks. Scripts can also be run manually, for importing additional, interpreted data feeds. The functional flexibility of EasyScript™ will also allow for even greater accuracy in identification of exception items.

As the name implies, CheckFlex21™ converts scanned check images to the X9.37 export file format for compliance with federal requirements as established by the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act, commonly referred to as “Check 21.” With CheckFlex21™, your clients can now take full advantage of the cost and float management benefits of utilizing an electronic image posting and clearing environment!

ExceptionDepot™ provides a closed-loop, system-managed process allowing Image Remit®, in collaboration with your customers, to identify and process individual exception items in real time over the web! During normal lockbox processing, an Image Remit® operator can identify an exception transaction and electronically place it in the ExceptionDepot™, where the system will track and report on it until it is “decisioned” by your customer, and processing can be completed. The customer then uses our web-delivery module to view, “decision” (accept or reject), and provide any instructions/missing information required to accurately and completely process the selected transaction. The item is then marked as “accepted” or “rejected” in the system, where our operator simply creates a new batch from the decisioned items. All of this activity is tracked and managed by the system, with full reporting and accountability. ExceptionDepot™ completely eliminates the need to send the paper item to your customer for adjudication, and allows for immediate processing of web-accepted items, saving your customers time and money!
